Deirdre Keely Reflexology was founded in 2015 in order to provide comprehensive services that support and foster the health and wellbeing of our customers. We offer a variety of treatments to improve and help you maintain optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental fitness Deirdre Keely Reflexology provides the resourses to do so in a calm, healing and friendly environment.
Services We Offer
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a complementary therapy involving the application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
This treatment includes a full back, neck and shoulder massage followed by a massage of the head and face.
HOPI EAR CANDLING
Hopi ear candling is a very relaxing treatment benefitting those who suffer with sinusitis, headaches, migraine, blocked ears and so much more !
THAI FOOT MASSAGE
This a deep massage of the foot, lower legs and knees. The hands, thumbs, fingers and Thai stick are used.
MINI TREATMENTS
There are various mini treatments available too. Hair and scalp mask, foot soak, paraffin wax hand and feet treatment, hand and foot scrub. Mini treatments can be added to any treatment at an extra cost. Treatments can be mixed and matched.
MARINE MUD TREATMENTS
There are various treatments that include the marine mud pack. The mud is sourced in Ireland and has so may benefits. Please contact me for more information.
